Three Years Strong. Built to Last.
Three years ago, CV3 Financial Services officially launched.
Today, we get to celebrate everything that's happened since.
In just three short years, we've funded more than $4.3 billion, closed more than 12,000 loans, built relationships with more than 2,000 broker partners, grown to approximately 275 team members and expanded our lending footprint to 47 states (+ Wash DC). We've opened new offices, launched vertically integrated companies and introduced new technology designed to transform the lending experience.
But some of our favorite milestones can't be measured in dollars, loans or states.
We've traveled across the country making connections with real estate professionals at industry conferences. We've celebrated alongside our customers at our Winners Summits and other events. We've watched team members reach career milestones and welcomed new faces as CV3 has grown. We've celebrated CV3 weddings, welcomed CV3 babies and made countless memories together along the way.
There have been awards, company celebrations, customer success stories, new partnerships, big wins and plenty of moments that reminded us just how much can happen in three years.
Together, they tell the story of CV3 better than any single number ever could.
Looking Back at What We've Built
Over the past several weeks leading up to this milestone, we've shared the ideals and values that have shaped CV3 from the beginning.
We started with the story behind our name and the significance of the "3" in CV3: Core Team Version 3. From there, we highlighted the integrated ecosystem we've built around the lending experience, the technology we're investing in to create a better and more connected process, and our continued focus on customer experience and the relationships that have helped us grow.
Each chapter of our story represents a different component of the shared vision we had three years ago: to build a better private lending experience. We've built more than a lender. We've built an ecosystem, invested in technology, created an award-winning culture and continued listening to our customers and partners to help us get better.
The Next Chapter Starts Now
Three years gives us plenty to celebrate. It also gives us a strong foundation for what's ahead. Every loan we've closed, relationship we've built, lesson we've learned, and investment we've made has helped prepare CV3 for its next chapter.
We're entering our fourth year with the same ambition, entrepreneurial spirit and belief in what's possible. There is still more to build and improve, and more opportunity ahead for our customers, partners and team members.
