Customer Service

At CV3 Financial Services, we partner with two trusted servicing providers to ensure you receive the best possible support throughout the life of your loan:

  1. ServEase Servicing – The newly launched in-house servicing division of CV3.
  2. FCI Lender Services – An experienced and trusted partner for loan servicing.

You’ll receive a Welcome Package from your designated servicer with important information about your loan and servicing details. If you’re unsure who your servicer is, take a look at your most recent monthly billing statement or reach out to us! Contact us at Support@serveaseservicing.com, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

FCI Lender Services

 

FCI General Servicing Matters:

FCI Self-Service Options:

FCI offers an automated phone system, borrower portal, and a mobile app called “FCI Borrower App” for both Apple and Android users.

Phone support is available at (800) 931-2424, option #1 for loan servicing, from 8 am to 5 pm PST, Monday-Friday.

 

Requesting Payoffs from FCI:

Send payoff requests via email to payoff@myfci.com, fax to 714-282-2429, or submit through the “FCI Borrower App”. Payoff fees may apply.

 

FCI Payments:

CV3 borrowers are required to maintain ACH throughout the life of the loan to avoid an Event of Default. Borrowers may choose their ACH draft date, as long as it’s within the grace period. ACH account information can be updated using the borrower portal at www.myfci.com.
