This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains how CV3 Financial Services, LLC (“CV3” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, shares, uses, and safeguards information, as well as the rights and choices individuals may have with respect to these practices.

You may provide information to us in various ways, such as when you request information about us, our products and services, inquire about or apply for job postings, submit loan applications, forms, and surveys, or send us questions, comments, or feedback. Personal information we collect may include, for example, your name, address, age, phone number, social security number, demographic information, employment information, and financial information.
INFORMATION WE DISCLOSE
We may share your personal information with our affiliates, ValuationNEXUS LLC, an appraisal management company (AMC), TW Settlement Services, LLC DBA TitleWorx, a title and escrow service provider, and ServEase LLC, a mortgage loan servicing provider. Only the information needed for these companies to perform their services in the processing, origination and servicing of your loan is disclosed.
We may disclose certain of your personal information with any co-borrower, co-sponsor, or guarantor on your account, to process your application, service your account, and provide the products and services you have requested from us. We may disclose your personal information with third parties who assist us in the administration, processing, and servicing of your application and loan, as well as the research, analysis, and reports regarding the use of our websites and services. These third parties may include brokers, title companies, appraisers, insurance companies, software providers, marketing services, loan servicers, among others.
We will disclose personal information in your loan file if your loan is assigned to another institution or serviced by another institution. Under both circumstances, your personal information will be used consistent with the purpose for which it was originally collected.
We may also disclose information about you when we believe it is necessary or appropriate to: (i) comply with applicable legal requirements, (e.g. regulatory, court, and law enforcement demands); (ii) respond to an emergency or otherwise protect the rights and property of CV3 Financial Services, LLC and our employees, customers, or others, including to enforce any contract between you and us; (iii) address fraud, security, or technical issues; and (iv) in connection with, or during negotiation of, any reorganization, merger, sale, joint venture, assignment, transfer or other disposition of all or any portion of our business or assets.
ACCESSING AND CORRECTING YOUR INFORMATION
You have the right to know, correct, delete or limit the use of certain personal information. An email to request these rights can be sent to privacy@cv3financial.com. When you submit your request, please provide your name, email address, physical address, phone number, and last four digits of your loan number (as applicable). We will verify the identity of the requestor to ensure the proper authorization to access and correct the information. We may not accommodate a request to change or delete information if we believe this would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.
INFORMATION RETENTION
We will retain your information for the period of time necessary to complete the purposes for which it was collected and/or to satisfy legal and regulatory requirements.

COMMUNICATIONS
We may use your personal information to communicate with you. We also may provide notifications to you that are required by law. CHILDREN’S ONLINE PRIVACY
Our websites are intended for use by consumers ages 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from minors and minors should not use our websites or our services at any time.
