It was a good solid go around. We ran into issues due to a low appraisal we still feel is completely inaccurate but in leu of that Brando and the team worked closely with myself and the borrower to find a solution and close which we did. Thats all that matters to me in the grand scheme of things. Adversity is going to happen in this business but very few companies put everything forward they have to find a solution and i feel that is what brando did with me.

Brando and his team had the loan ready to close 10 days before closing day and even with some last minute changes that borrower requested the day before closing they managed to pull through for me! stellar squad!

The team is super professional, efficient, and hardworking. They are extremely diligent with the process and always work towards a quick and smooth closing.

I wanted to take a moment to give a huge shout out to Brando and his team at CV3. I have done close to 10 loans with his team and each one of them have been a phenomenal experience. I particularly wanted to mention that I was trying to close this loan late last week and a member of his team, Teresa Esquivel was working on a file for and with me till 11 PM one night trying to get the file ready to close last weekend. He has also been great in going to bat for me any time any one of my loans has needed an exception and has got them for me and I cannot thank him enough for that.
