As a Sales Manager, I bring the experience to not only execute straightforward transactions efficiently, but also strategize and find solutions when deals become more complex. I work closely with real estate investors and mortgage professionals to structure financing solutions across Bridge, Rental, Fix and Flip, Ground Up Construction, and other investment property transactions.
I am grateful to have surpassed $250 million in lifetime fundings at CV3, an accomplishment that would have not been possible without the trust of my clients, broker partners, and the incredible team I have the opportunity to work alongside very day. That experience has given me the opportunity to work through transactions of all sizes and complexities while never losing sight of what matters most: being responsive, transparent, and finding the right solution for each client.
