I bring more than 15 years of real estate investment and lending experience to my clients, with a background spanning nearly every side of the business. I began my career as an acquisitions specialist for one of San Diego’s largest home flippers while earning my degree in Finance with a concentration in Real Estate from San Diego State University, before moving into residential investment loan underwriting and ultimately loan origination. For the past 12 years, I’ve worked full-time helping real estate investors finance everything from individual investment properties to growing portfolios.
As an investment property owner myself, I understand the business from both the lender’s and investor’s perspective. I take pride in being a knowledgeable and responsive financing partner, helping my clients navigate complex transactions, identify the right financing solutions, and get deals across the finish line. My goal is to build long-term relationships by providing straightforward guidance, strong communication, and a consistently high level of service.
Outside of work, I enjoy training Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, playing guitar (poorly!), gravel cycling, reading, and exploring the outdoors in northwest Montana, where I live with my wife and three children.
