Celebrating our First Year with Pride and Gratitude

When we opened our doors just one year ago, we set out with the vision to reimagine what a private lender could and should be. Maybe it was idealistic, but under the leadership and unwavering commitment from our CEO, Bill Tessar, and award winning leadership team – the CV3 team made the impossible, possible.

Every milestone we’ve achieved is a testament to our 210 experienced and dedicated employees, who are committed to providing the highest level of professionalism and customer service every single day.

We are also extremely grateful to our loyal customers for trusting us with their financing needs, and all of our vendors and partners who have joined us in this journey.

Despite the headwinds and challenges in the mortgage industry, it’s been a remarkable first year, filled with tremendous growth and celebrating milestones. We launched with bridge and rental loans in 21 states. Since then, we’ve introduced new products and expanded our national lending footprint to 33 states. We added new team members, opened new offices and won several business awards. We hit our first $100M funding month in July and have been on an upward trajectory ever since!
