Why SEAL?

The SEAL Program at CV3 Financial Services is a comprehensive training experience designed for motivated individuals aiming for a successful sales career. Team members benefit from industry expertise, personal mentorship, and hands-on learning, all while following a structured path to the Account Executive role. The program not only teaches technical skills in private money lending but also fosters confidence, business acumen, and a leadership mindset essential for success in a competitive industry.

Over 12 weeks, team members receive deep industry knowledge through:

  • Structured classroom sessions
  • Interactive coursework and milestone exams
  • Instruction in deal structuring, loan qualification, and documentation
  • Prospecting and creating a book of business
  • Introductions to loan origination systems and application workflows
  • Involvement in the sales pipeline
  • Training in contact management systems: Velocify and Total Expert
  • Participation in networking events or broker meetings

Each SEAL team member is paired with experienced Account Executives as mentors who provide personalized coaching, daily feedback, and direct support throughout every stage of the program. These top-performing AEs help SEAL team members gain insight into real investor and/or broker relationships, pricing strategies, deal structures, and more.

Program Structure

Duration: 12 weeks

Format: In-person at HQ

  • Applicants must be able to commit to a minimum of 12 weeks at CV3 headquarters in El Segundo, CA.

Exams & Evaluations

  • Midterm & Final Exams: Written & Oral Presentation
  • Conducted by Talent Development & Sales Leadership

Graduation: After successfully passing the exams and evaluations, celebrate success with a graduation ceremony!
