Today, we’re celebrating our third anniversary, but the significance of the number 3 has a much greater meaning than just another year in business.
The “3” in CV3 stands for Core Team Version 3, a reflection of the experience, trust and relationships that were built long before our first loan was funded. Much of the team that makes up CV3 has worked side by side through multiple chapters, staying together as the business evolved over the years. CV3 was the restart of one of the most successful private lending companies in the industry that most of our team built together. When the opportunity arose to build something new, from scratch, we all chose to follow our CEO’s vision and launch what we believe is our strongest chapter yet: CV3 Financial Services. Three years later, that shared commitment continues to be one of the biggest reasons for our success.

CV3 is a reminder that great teams don’t stand still. They learn, improve, and build something stronger with every chapter. That philosophy has guided everything we’ve done over the past three years.
Together, this core team has hit many milestones together including:
- Welcoming more than 2,000 broker partners across the country;
- Funding more than $4.2 billion;
- Funding over 12,000 loans;
- Earning the #5 private lending market share nationally;
- And in 2026 alone, having already surpassed $1 billion in funding.
Those milestones are meaningful—but they aren’t the destination. They’re proof of what’s possible when you build from a strong foundation.
While three years may seem young, the people behind CV3 bring decades of experience, trusted relationships and a relentless drive to innovate. Every lesson learned, every partnership formed, and every challenge overcome has helped shape the company we are today.
